Learn how to make great coffee at home.
With tips on
coffee storage, grinding, packing & extraction techniques and
more.... all of the what to do's, and what not to do's of coffee
making!
Detail on the history and growing, as well as common coffee related myths and facts are also revealed.
Real practical
experience is applied during the workshop, as you are tutored, and
apply techniques of coffee grinding, packing & extracting your own
coffee as well as foaming your own milk in the cafe's own coffee
station. These skills are ones that can be applied to your smaller
scale home coffee stations, helping you to get your coffee tasting cafe
style.
These coffee
making workshops are now being held on a monthly basis. They run for
over an hour, cost $35.00 and include a complementary bag of freshly
ground Fair Trade, Certified Organic coffee (the same coffee we sell at the thin green line!),
a trial of some certified organic coffee cleaner, and a collection of
relevant literature/ CD of info to take home with you at the end of the
evening.

The Tweed Shire is a truly unique part of the world. We have an

assumed that we all care about where we live and what our and our
children’s future looks like.
The Thin Green Line enthusiastically endorses the emerging Transition
movement in the Tweed and has decided to support this by way of raising
awareness of the challenges we face and the opportunities we could
create.

not improve on what I found on the Sustainable Maleny website. It is

'Cleanse For Life' - January 31st 09
An Eco-seminar on Nutritional Cleansing with the Isogenix System - $10 entry fee.
This seminar
will be held by Natalie Clarke who our friend and a major Australian
Isogenix representitive. We hope that this launch into our new
eco-seminar programs will help to inspire us with a healthy start to
2009! Isogenix is a series of health products designed in the US, over
the period of the few years that this business has been opperating, it
has seen a radical and effective response in masses of people who have
been on there nutritional cleansing programs. Naturally as a result the
business has grown like wildfire and has set foundations globaly (in
America, Asia, Europe and in Australia); our representative Natalie is
one of Isagenics success stories (having lost 40kg!). She will be able
to share this with us in the sminar. The origional impulse and inspiration in establishing Isagenix, was to create a company that could transform the
health, wealth and happiness of people in search of a better quality of
